Named to Washingtonian's 2026 List of Top DC Real Estate Agents
I'm grateful to share that I've been recognized on Washingtonian Magazine's 2026 Elite Producers list — and specifically named to the 100 Top Agents list. This isn't something I earned alone, and I wanted to take a moment to say so.
Every year, Washingtonian puts together one of the most closely watched lists in DC real estate — a directory of the region's top-performing agents and teams across DC, Maryland, and Virginia. It's built from a genuine mix of subscriber and peer input (agents and recent clients weighing in on who they've most enjoyed working with, based on things like market knowledge, integrity, and negotiation skill) combined with Washingtonian's own reporting and vetting.
I'm thankful to be recognized as an Elite Producer again this year, and to be named to this year's 100 Top Agents list.
This Recognition Belongs to the People Who Made It Possible
A list like this only exists because clients took the time to share how a transaction went for them — the good parts and the hard parts. So before anything else, thank you: to every client who trusted me with one of the biggest decisions of their life, who answered my calls at odd hours, who took my advice even when it wasn't what they wanted to hear, and who were generous enough to tell Washingtonian about the experience afterward. This recognition is really a reflection of those relationships, not an individual accomplishment.
I'm also grateful to the colleagues, lenders, inspectors, and title companies who make every transaction actually come together. And I owe real thanks to the other agents I've worked alongside across DC, Capitol Hill, Northwest DC, and Northern Virginia — the ones representing the other side of a deal, negotiating in good faith, solving problems together when a transaction got complicated. Every closed sale has at least two agents working to get it there, and the professionalism and collaboration I've found among my peers in this market has made the work better, not just easier. Real estate is collaborative work, even when only one name ends up on a list.
What This Recognition Reflects
I don't share this to collect a badge — I share it because of what it represents: the trust clients place in me and the relationships built along the way. It's something I don't take for granted, year to year.
My focus has stayed steady the whole way through: luxury transactions, seller representation, relocation, and first-time buyers. Being licensed in DC, Maryland, and Virginia means I get to walk a client through a transaction wherever their search actually leads them — not just within one jurisdiction's boundaries, which I'm grateful for as well.
What This Means for You
If you're weighing who to work with on a move, recognition like this is really a signal of a few things:
- Real transaction volume and experience, not just a license and a website.
- A track record other clients and peers have been willing to vouch for.
- Breadth across client types — whether you're buying your first home, relocating to the area, or selling a property that's been in your family for decades, this is work I do regularly, not occasionally.
The Bottom Line
I'm proud of this recognition, but mostly I'm thankful — for the clients who trusted me, the colleagues who make this work possible, and the chance to keep doing work I care about in a city I love. If you're thinking about a move, a sale, or a purchase anywhere in the DC, Maryland, or Virginia market, I'd be honored to help.
